Technology/ Construction Integration

Audio Visual 

Audio Visual is one of the most visible elements within today’s modern designs and is key to so many elements.  From the look & feel of a space, to brand awareness and the effective engagement with colleagues and customers.  Done right, it can have a great impact on your space.  Good AV design allows meetings to be productive, instead of trying to make it work.

London 2012 Olympic Games

Home to 21,000 international Broadcasters and Press during the London 2012 Olympic Games, the International Broadcast Centre and Main Press Centre (IBC/MPC) were the hub for all press and broadcasting services with a global audience reaching 4 billion people.  

How we helped our client:  

• Managed a 400% scope/ budget increase and still achieved the original open date of 27 Jun 12 (first Olympic Park operational venue) 
• Delivered G59 tests and generator sync on/off capability (34nr generators/ 34 Megawatts) 
• Negotiated build over agreements with UK utility companies
• Managed all hard and soft FM services during Games time
